The Mexican Architect Rafael Rivera is a fan of Listone as has it in his own house. He featured Listone Giordano in some very important projects.
The chosen product is a special version of Civita, described as steamed Oak. He selected a refined Hungarian fishbone pattern on the floor and random straight planks on the walls and ceilings, very trendy vertical application. For the Roof Garden he chose Thermotreated Ash decking in 145 mm width.
The area of the whole house is around 300 sqm. The concept is very interesting as it is a very old one, from the past century. It has been fully refurbished whilst keeping the façade intact. The decoration is neat, not modern but Rafael Rivera would describe it as “modern-classic”.
